01. BILLING CYCLES & ELIGIBILITY

Monthly vs. Annual Subscription Terms

Refund eligibility depends on the subscription duration chosen during checkout:

Monthly Plans (Pro & Team)

Eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial plan upgrade. Subsequent monthly renewals can be cancelled at any moment with 1 click in your workspace billing settings.

Annual Plans (Pro & Team)

Full 100% refund available within 14 calendar days. For requests submitted between days 15 and 30, we offer a prorated refund reflecting the remaining unused months of your annual term.

02. USAGE THRESHOLDS & FAIR USE

Fair Compute & Quota Policy

To protect our high-performance computational infrastructure against automated exploitation, refunds are evaluated against plan utilization:

Standard Fair Use: Accounts that have processed less than 20% of their monthly conversion quota (e.g. under 10,000 conversions on Pro) qualify for instant, automated refunds.
Bulk Exhaustion: If an account uploads massive high-throughput libraries that exhaust the entire monthly compute allocation within hours of subscribing, refunds are reviewed individually by our support engineers.
03. ENTERPRISE CONTRACTS

Enterprise & Institutional Deployments

Enterprise subscriptions involving dedicated cloud VPCs, custom containerized worker clusters, or bespoke LIMS integrations are governed by the dedicated termination and refund provisions stipulated in their signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

How to Submit a Refund Request

Requesting a refund is quick and straightforward:

  2. Provide Details: Include your registered account email and your Lemon Squeezy Order Number / Invoice ID.
  3. Processing: Our finance team reviews and approves eligible requests within 1 business day. Funds are refunded directly to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
